Common questions
What counts as a 'paper'?
One upload = one paper credit. You submit a .tex or .zip file and receive the corrected version. If you re-submit the same paper with new edits, that uses another credit.
Do my credits expire?
Never. Buy credits whenever you need them and use them across multiple papers and multiple months. Pro credits refill monthly.
What if my template isn't listed?
The tool auto-detects the template from your \documentclass. If yours isn't supported yet, send us the template name and we'll add it.
Do you store my paper?
Job files are kept for 30 days so you can download the result, then deleted. We never read your content or share it.
Is Word/Excel conversion free?
Yes - Word to LaTeX and Excel to LaTeX conversions are always free and don't use any credits.
